At the National Day Rally, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong indicated that paternity leave may finally get the nod.


Other suggestions put forward to the National Population and Talent Division include flexi work arrangements, giving priority to couples with young children for public housing, creating a Medisave account for each child and improving Baby Bonus scheme.
