I used to drive a lancer (1995 model). It was totally destroyed in a chain accident on AYE (accordioned between 2 cars). Air bag inflated and DIDN'T DEFLATE! I was trapped between the bag and the seat! Finally, I pulled out my ignition key and stabbed the bag to burst it...
