Today's Straits Times shows NTUC Fairprice's effort to get rid of dengue. One third of pages is filled with pesticides and other stuff.

  2. I called up a nursury recently and was told that they ran out of sand granules (Abate, Spar). Well, people are appearing to be heeding the mandated message.

  3. Insecticide is really toxic. Chemical warfare agents are the "insecticides" of humans... Nowadays, I just close all the windows at home and turn on the air-conditioners. It's healthier for everyone this way...
