Mutated Rat Boy: Video from the show "Scare Tactics", a show where "victims" are set up by friends. In this video, a guy got scared by a person dressed as a mutated rat in a science lab. If I was the victim, I could get a heart attack.

That scare tactics show ... is sick. Everything is so real. If I were them. Even if I did know it was not real in the end ... I'll be haunted by the experience.
