of breach of guidelines

MPSJ acts against Absolute Entertainment: Malaysia Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Rais Yatim said that Absolute Entertainment, organisers for last month's Pussycat Dolls' concert at Sunway Lagoon, was fined RM10,000 for breach of guidelines. MPSJ president Datuk Mohamad Arif Abdul Rahman said,
The Pussycat Dolls were guilty of performing sexually-suggestive
routines on stage. In terms of their eye-popping attire, well, there’s a lot of proof of that from our sources and the media

Sexually-suggestive routines. Eye-popping attire. That is the trademark for PCD on top of all their chart-topping songs.
