Minority Report Becomes Reality: Jeff Han, a research scientist at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences of the New York University, demonstrates "Multi-Touch Sensing" which allows multi-point GUI. The video was taken at the Technology Entertainment Design 2006. Cool stuff.
