    i think it's just totally ironic that the news release is slated for the day when the earthquake showed us how we can pay for everything and get nothing...

    I think they upgraded the speed to minimise the impact on consumer trust that lowered because of the earthquake lor, meaning that customers will not be too angry, and it will make Starhub look better than Singnet as Singnet is seriously slow. =(
