Actually this mode of advertising is very innovative.1) The Car needs to be stored somewhere, why not a carpark?2) To get the same advertising exposure on the billboard cost more than the parking charges maybe even the car?! (seeing that it's pretty old)In my opinion, this is brilliant.
And to add to this...3) Advertising Relevancy is very high. Then again it could be very low, since people who wnat to drive don't normally go to carparks.
