With the announcement of $200 price drop in the iPhone, customers who have already purchased the iPhone are fuming mad.

In response, Steve Jobs has released an open letter to the whole price drop issue. In the open letter, Steve Jobs announced that Apple is offering a $100 store credit to those affected iPhone customers.
