Does anyone know where in Singapore has the Dim Sum conveyor belt as mentioned in Stuff4Restaurants?

4-5 years ago friend asked me to help her source for supplier for conveyor belt for Dim Sum business which is NOT in Singapore yet but already starting in HK / Taiwan. But conveyor belt suppliers I spoke to said it's very hard to keep the food on the belt warm which is important for Dim Sum unlike Sushi. 1-2 years later I saw someone do this business in Bugis Junction 3rd or 4th floor, around the restaurant belt there. Business seems brisk, but never tried it and dunno if it's still around.

ReplyDeleteyup. it's at bugis junction. Food is not fantastic, but it's kept Hot using metal plates on the conveyor belt. Give it a try =)
