World's First Face Transplant Patient Smiles Again: The woman given the world's first partial face transplant more than two years ago is now able to smile, according to her doctors. Isabelle Dinoire had her nose, cheeks, mouth, lips and chin replaced by donor tissue in November 2005. They had been torn off by her own dog six months earlier.-
