Record Industry Goes After Personal Use: The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is going after Jeffrey Howell, a Scottsdale, Ariona, man who kept a collection of about 2000 MP3s on his personal computer.

The RIAA maintains that it is illegal for someone who has legally purchased a CD to transfer that music into his computer.
