Flickr now allows users to upload videos.
Video on Flickr: If you’re a pro member, you can now share videos up to 90 glorious seconds in your photostream.
As a bonus, Flickr is doubling the size of photos that can be uploaded — 20MB per photo for pro members and 10MB per photo for members with free accounts.

20MB of video is not much really for a video, just for a few seconds maybe a minute or so of recording, it would probably just enough for snapshot video taken from a digital camera yaa..
