of the first screening of jeff peckman ufo alien video. puppet or real e.t.?

Alien video - Puppet or real E.T.?: Denver Post has the story of the Jeff Peckman alien video which was released during a press conference at the Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria campus in downtown Denver on Friday.
Over the course of three minutes or so, the footage shows a white creature with a balloon-shaped head that keeps popping up and down in a windowsill that was 8 feet above ground. The face was white, with large black eyes that seemed to blink.

The video was shot in July 17, 2003, in Nebraska by Stan Tiger Romanek, who set up the camera because he thought peeping Toms had been looking into his house at his two teenage daughters. The video is shown at the bottom.

Mr Peckman describes the video footage to ABC News,
It starts out with a digital camera looking out across the room toward a window. There's a couple of flashes of light. After a few seconds, there is a small head clearly rising above a sill, panning the room, blinking its eyes, all slowly.

On Wednesday, it was reported by The Rocky Mountain News ("Purported UFO video to be shown Friday") that Jeff Peckman, who is attempting to set up an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver, will release an authentic video that purportedly shows a living, breathing space alien to the news media invited to a press conference.

Prior to the news conference, Mr Peckman told ABC News,
If this was faked, it's the most elaborate fake I've ever seen. This is no 29-cent puppet. No one will be allowed to film the segment with the extraterrestrial because there is an agreement in place limiting that kind of exposure during negotiations for the documentary
