What I've learnt from this ... There are very few countries that starts with that letter (and I only know of 1). There are very few animals that starts with that letter (and I only know of 1). There are very few fruits that starts with that letter (and I only know of 1).

No matter which number you choose, after multiplying by 9, add the two digits together, you will always get 9 and subtract by 5, you'll get 4=D.
