Well, there isn’t much to say here. A dude shaved a man shitting onto the back of his head. Perhaps he really likes shit? Perhaps he is constipated and is trying to act out a moment of anticipated joy? Maybe he is auditioning for 2 guys 1 cup? Or, maybe he is just simply the douchebag of the week…
