Judge Makes Florida Teens Apologize to Victim Online for YouTube Prank: Two central Florida hooligans who doused a Taco Bell clerk with soda and posted a video of the prank on YouTube are getting a taste of their own medicine.

The "fire in the hole" video may have generated millions of online hits, but Brevard Circuit Court Judge Morgan Reinman didn't think it was funny. On Monday, he ordered the teens, ages 15 and 16, to post a videotaped apology to the victim on YouTube.

In the new video, the teens say they "take full responsibility" for their "irresponsible behavior."

Despite the online apology, the victim, ex-Taco Bell employee Jessica Ceponis, told the "Today Show" that she wasn't satisfied. Jessica said,
I don't think the lesson is completely learned, because they are still young, and, to some of their friends, this is going to make them heroes.
