B is for Birds Nest, the stadium, not the soup. The distinctive-shaped arena is the epicentre of Beijing's Olympics, and, unlike other Olympiad ampihtheatres, was completed on time. Sure beats the prosaic austerity of the city's old Worker's Stadium.
