You can help save the life of 4 year old Singaporean girl Charmaine: 4 year old Charmaine has been diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma and docs have given her 10% chance of survival.



Local football legends (Fandi Ahmad, V Sundramoorthy, Abbas Saad, Malek Awab) will play in a charity game tomorrow to raise funds to send Charmaine for a special treatment in the US which might "double her chances of surviving, to 40 or 50 per cent".
