A Sanford man is accused of using a camera in his shoe to shoot photos up the skirt of a teenage girl, but authorities do not have the photos.

Neither does 41-year-old suspect Gustavo Barretto. That's because he apparently swallowed the camera's memory card, which contained the images.

Seminole County deputy sheriffs said they plan to subpoena X-rays of Barretto's stomach and intestines that show small pieces of metal thought to be from the memory card.

Barretto faces charges of video voyeurism and destroying evidence.
