A man flashed himself at East Coast Park in the early morning hours. Two frightened and angry teenage girls, whom he trailed for half an hour, took a picture of his exposure with a mobile phone.Story from insing.
The incident happened at 7am on 22 April, Friday when 16 year old Miss Zhang and her 19 year old friend were strolling along East Coast Park, which is near their home. They had planned to watch the sunrise and had arranged to meet at around 6am.
