Two Good Class Bungalows were sold for a total of $105 million. The homes, brokered by Savills Prestige Homes, were bought and sold by Singaporeans.

The Tanglin Hill GCB went for $57 million, $1,648 per sq ft (psf) - the second-highest overall price this year.

The Victoria Park Road GCB went for $48 million, $1,496 per sq ft (psf).

The highest overall priced GCB this year was from a sale of a Tarwood Avenue home that sold for $59.5 million.

The most expensive GCB to date is a $61.4 million Leedon Park home sold in December 2010.

Good Class Bungalows have a minimum plot size of 1400m², site coverage control of 35% and their own setback requirements which are different from other smaller bungalow developments.

There are 39 GCBAs comprising prime residential land safeguarded for good class bungalows, namely, Belmont Park, Gallop Road / Woollerton Park, Bin Tong Park, Garlick Avenue, Binjai Park, Holland Park, Brizay Park, Holland Rise, Bukit Sedap, Kilburn Estate, Bukit Tunggal, King Albert Park, Caldecott Hill Estate, Leedon Park, Camden Park, Maryland Estate, Chatsworth Park, Nassim Road, Chee Hoon Avenue, Oei Tiong Ham Park, Chestnut Avenue, Queen Astrid Park, Cluny Hill, Raffles Park, Cluny Park, Rebecca Park, Cornwall Gardens, Ridley Park, Dalvey Estate, Ridout Park, Eng Neo Avenue, Swiss Club Road, Ewart Park, Victoria Park, First / Third Avenue, Windsor Park, Fort Avenue, White House Park, Fourth / Sixth Avenue,
