Teo Ser Luck, Caretaker MP for Punggol East, said the People's Action Party must be ready if a by-election is called. He introduced a new face, Dr Koh Poh Koon, to residents. When asked, he said Dr Koh is a personal friend who's helping him out with the Meet-the-People's sessions.
