This is mine. I ORD-ed Last year 1 Feb. Got this on March or April can't remember. But it's not my fault right? Why are they making it sounds like its mine fault? God Knows where the goes liao... And see the btm part CPF Board 1 year time bar, why I also penalized for it? I cannot touch CPF now what. Anyone got any saga with MINDEF one, care to share your views here. Still fighting my war, now seems to be losing
