of fatal accident on pie: 1 dead, 12 injured in crash between car and lorry

A fatal accident occurred yesterday along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE). A 29-year-old construction worker from India was killed and 12 other people were injured in an accident involving a lorry and a car along the PIE in the Simei area. The 52-year-old driver of the lorry and the female driver of the car were admitted to hospital for treatment.
