The World Street Food Congress (WSFC) is the brainchild of KF Seetoh, founder of Makansutra, the organizers of the event. The objective of the WSFC is to create more opportunities for society and the industry by galvanizing the energies and ideas of the world’s players at the event. It has a 10-day feasting component - the World Street Food Jamboree. The World Street Food Jamboree will feature food from China, Denmark, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Vietnam.



A 2-day World Street Food Dialogues will feature guest speakers KF Seetoh, Anthony Bourdain, James Oseland, William W. Wongso, Pongtawat (Ian) Chalermkittichai (Kittichai), Claus Meyer, Bryant Ng, Johnny Chan, Arbind Singh, and more.
