Police Join Mob Beating: After this thief was caught for stealing a woman's gold chain, the crowd gathered and mobbed him. He was tied up and then he was kicked and punched. -When the police arrived, instead of dispersing the crowd, the police joined in. The thief was tied to the back of the police scooter and dragged behind it. 2 police officers were suspended and action taken.
