IF YOU plan on watching the film The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor, look out for a pool of water that sparkles like diamonds. The effect was done by a Los Angeles-based Singaporean, Mr Steven Ong, 33, who toiled 11 months to create it. He is a senior effects technical director for film production studio Rhythm & Hues, where he has been working for a year.
