Benjamin Lim went around Orchard Road on 30 Apr to invite people on the streets to write a message to their mothers for Mother's Day, which falls on Sun 8 May. Titled "The Mother's Day Street Project 2011",
the aim of this project was to showcase how young Singaporeans, despite leading busy lifestyles and having to tackle school and work, still have not forgotten the important role their mothers have played in their lives.See the rest of the photos here.
Benjamin co-writes at The Thinking Fish Tank and also blogs at Ben and his Lens.
Hi Lancerlord,
ReplyDeleteI just found out that my Mother's Day album has been featured on your blog. Thank you for having me! And yes I thought that was one of the best messages I received for the project too! :)
Cheers,
Ben
