of yahoo actually does acquire flickr

Got this off FlickrBlog. It's finally confirmed that Flickr has been Yahoo'ed. There had been a lot of speculations about Yahoo's aquisition of Flickr (or Ludicorp, the company behind Flickr) recently.
Yahoo actually does acquire Flickr
"Yes! We can finally confirm that Yahoo has made a definitive agreement to acquire Flickr and us, Ludicorp."

Yahoo is also going to release its upcoming Yahoo! 360, which is a service that sounds identical to Flickr.
