Raw cell phone video of BART shooting,filmed from train: 22-year-old Oscar Grant died after being shot by a Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) officer who was responding to reports of fighting on a train. The BART officer's gun went off while police were trying to restrain Oscar Grant.
