Dennis Rodman: I'm in Hall of Fame
Dennis Rodman said Friday night that he will be enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame.
Rodman says he was informed Thursday to be in Houston for Monday's announcement before the championship game of the NCAA tournament. He was among 12 finalists for the Hall of Fame this year along with players such as Jamaal Wilkes, Maurice Cheeks, Chris Mullin and Ralph Sampson. The induction ceremony is in August.
Rodman revealed the news during the Chicago Bulls' 101-96 win over the Detroit Pistons, who retired his No. 10 jersey at halftime.

Singapore Bans April Fool's Jokes: CBS Breaking News carries this article on their website, which it describe itself as a "a viral verisimilitude project designed and developed by Nick Oba, of Locust Swarm."
The Singaporean authorities have announced a ban on April fool's jokes in the media.
In a memorandum circulated to television broadcasting stations, radio stations, and newspaper publications by the Media Development Authority (MDA), the authorities warned media outlets against running fake stories for the purposes of entertainment.
"The integrity of the media comes into question when quality standards are abandoned recklessly in favor of inappropriate jocularity. False reporting undermines the trustworthiness of news itself and leads to the decay of the social fabric," the statement circulated by the MDA read.
Media outlets were told to stick to business as usual on April Fool's Day.
Vulgar tweet sent to ST followers by mistake: "straitstimes.com staff mixed up his personal and corporate accounts"
A VULGAR message was accidentally sent out on the corporate Twitter account of The Straits Times yesterday.
The message, sent out at 12.15pm to more than 46,000 followers of @STcom on the social networking site, read: 'omg. f... you all. seriously.'
It was deleted within seconds.
Upon being alerted, Straits Times social media editor Ng Tze Yong immediately posted a tweet apologising on behalf of the staff member who had committed the blunder.
But the tweet had already gone viral within minutes, with hundreds of Twitter users re-posting the message.
The reactions were mostly of amusement, with some expressing sympathy
