Akiba Blog uploaded photos of girls with underwear over their faces. The photos were taken from a new photobook called "Kaopan" (かおぱん), or "Panty Face", which seemed to be a paraody to the manga "Hentai Kamen".

Hentai Kamen, HK (Perverted Mask) is a movie starring Suzuki Ryohei about a man who transforms into a superhero by wearing a mankini and pair of panties on his head. The movie to be released in April 2013 is an adaptation to Ando Keishuu’s manga Kyūkyoku!! Hentai Kamen (究極!!変態仮面).

Denver's Wynkoop Brewing Company will debut their Rocky Mountain Oyster Stout beer which is made with real bull testicles.

Yes, the beer was inspired by our April Fools spoof video this spring, in which we claimed to have released a beer made with bull testicles.

Why actually make such a meaty treat? Months after doing the video (the idea for which hit me while sampling Odell Brewing’s recent and very delicious oyster stout for Jax restaurants), we and our fans are still laughing. Very important, that laughing.

We’ve also met folks around the country who saw the spoof and loved it. (Hello Hawaii!)

Plus, when we sent out the press release and the video link last April, we heard from brewers and beer writers who thought the beer was for real and loved the idea. They wanted samples. So did many patrons who came to the pub to try the beer.

So we’ve turned our joke into a reality.

On Sunday, April 13, Tokyo illustrator Sugiyama organized a public banquet, dubbed “Ham Cybele – Century Banquet,” in Tokyo. He seasoned and braised his own genitals on a portable gas cartridge burner, and then served them to five diners who each paid about $250 for the meal.

The genitals had been returned to the asexual Sugiyama, frozen and double-bagged in plastic, following elective genital removal surgery on his 22nd birthday in early April.

“Century” in Japanese is a homophone for the Japanese word for “genitals”;
